Napa Kimchi
A crunchy ferment with napa cabbage, daikon, carrots and green onions.
Ingredients:

Carrot and Daikon Pickle
Tangy julienned carrot and daikon with a bit of heat, this fermented pickle is gorgeous and great on sandwiches and cheese plates.

Classic Daikon Kimchi
Cubes of daikon and sliced green onion fermented in a classic Korean red pepper sauce.

Vegan Daikon Kimchi
Julienned purple daikon in a gingery red pepper sauce that replaces the traditional fish sauce with gluten free tamari.

Crispy Chili Oil
We make our chili oil with mild, hot, and flavorful pepper varieties whose seeds hail from around the world. Grown here on the farm, the peppers are harvested at prime ripeness and gently dehydrated. Try not to get addicted to its candied crunchy bits on all your favorite foods.

Mild Chili Oil
Ingredients: Sunflower oil, shallots, garlic, red peppers: carmen, guajillo, gochu, paprika, padrone, star anise, cinnamon

Hot Chili Oil

Hot Sauce
We grow all the peppers for our line of delicious sauces, ranging from mild to very hot!

Red Coat Pepper Sauce
A proprietary blend of fresh locally grown peppers, vinegar, sugar, salt


Red Coat Relish
A proprietary blend of fresh, locally grown sweet peppers, vinegar, onion, honey, habanero peppers, garlic, dill
Yellow Jacket
Very hot but full of flavor, this is the hot sauce that keeps on stinging! Habanero peppers, sweet peppers, vinegar, honey, onion, garlic

Hot Enough
Simply our habaneros and vinegar.
